Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study is applying Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to estimate technical COEFFICIENTs of activities, which is suiTABLE for foresight regional economy index by employing experts’ opinion. Regional economic foresight requires appraising all dimensions of development indices. World complex conditions demAND adequate information AND tools to rational development planning. In situation that rapid changes in political AND social economic structure happen in short term, applying retrospective AND static tools create enormous error on foresight. Method: This research has applied mixed (qualitative AND quantitative) method. In this regards, technical COEFFICIENT TABLE for Qazvin was developed through regular meeting with related administrations AND stakeholder organizations in combination with country AND provincial data. Findings: The research outcomes pointed out that applying AHP will reduce costs AND time in compare with existing methods. Conclusion: Economic analyses based on INPUT-OUTPUT TABLE have many benefits which make attraction for researchers, especially on general equilibrium model. In the other hAND, those TABLE will not afford in provincial level as preparing data AND information for them is cost AND time consuming. This research has been solve that problem.

Abstract: 

In the light of the 2008 World Development Report, this paper revisits the impact of agriculture on overall economic growth, in the case of an oil producing country, using indices of intersectoral linkages. To this end, four INPUT-OUTPUT TABLEs of Iran’s economy are utilized. The results support the importance of the agricultural sector in stimulating the economic growth of Iran, but also show that the manufacturing sector has a higher potential to increase domestic production through its intersectoral linkage effects. Consequently, the results provide a caveat to the recommended general policy of the World Bank that the agricultural sector can be considered a key sector for the economic development in developing countries, at least in an oil producing country like Iran.

Abstract: 

Establishing the free trade AND removing the customs barriers will create a competitive environment internationally. Therefore, it is likely that by the liberalization of trade, activities formed under the umbrella of strong supportive policies will be difficult. The Iranian agricultural sector is strongly supported by the import tariff tool, as compared to many countries AND the region. Hence, the analysis of the effects of the removal of tariffs on the liberalization of agricultural sector AND the impact of intergenerational links are essential. In order to carry out this research, the import tariffs for agricultural sector were determined. For this purpose, HS codes were initially equated with ISIC codes; AND out of 5473 items with 8 digit HS codes, 210 items were identified for the agricultural sector. After equating AND identifying the imports of agricultural sector, the tariff rate was calculated in 2011. The results showed that the agricultural sector's agricultural tariff was 15. 14 percent. In the next step, the effects of full liberalization of the agricultural sector were simulated in the framework of the INPUT-OUTPUT TABLE updated in 2011. The results showed that the final demAND AND value added in the country's economy would increase with the liberalization of agricultural trade; AND consequently, the output value would increase. Additionally, the BACKWARD AND FORWARD linkages of the three subsectors of agriculture including horticulture, animal husbANDry AND forestry would be smaller. However, key sectors of the Iranian economy, before AND after the liberalization of the agricultural sector, would not change. According to the results, liberalization begins with sections that show the slightest changes in past AND present links.

Abstract: 

The input- output TABLE is one of the best tools for determining key sectors in the economy.In this research, input - output TABLE for year 1378 used to calculate BACKWARD AND FORWARD linkages AND their variation to determine key sectors in Iran economy of the output point of view.the results reveal that key sectors from the output viewpoint belongs to industry sector AND sub sectors of agriculture AND service sector not belong to key industry in 1378 year AND Leather, cloths industries AND other industrial outputs are the most important key sectors.

Abstract: 

A wheeled mobile robot is one of the most important types of mobile robots. A subcategory of these robots is wheeled robots towing trailer(s). Motion control problem, especially in BACKWARD motion is one of the challenging research topics in this field. In this article, a control algorithm for path-following problem of a tractor-trailer system is provided, which at the same time provides the ability to control the BACKWARD AND FORWARD motions of the tractor-trailer robot. To this end, first the kinematic equations of a wheeled robot with a trailer is extracted AND then reference paths for the robot are defined. Path following equations, in addition to the robot mathematical equations, also represent the robot movement with respect to the reference path. Then, by using transformations the system equations are expressed in a new space AND subsequently a control algorithm is proposed for the system. The investigated control law make the system asymptotically sTABLE around the reference path. Finally, obtained results have been presented which guarantee the designed controller.

Abstract: 

Fuzzy rule interpolation (FRI) predicts an accounTABLE outcome of a possible course of action in sparse fuzzy rule base system (FRBS). The geometry based linear fuzzy rule interpolation (GLFRI) is extended for multi-dimensional fuzzy rule base interpolation. Expansion/contraction (EC) of triangular, trapezoidal AND complex polygonal fuzzy sets has been also proposed which enables the proposed FRI method to incorporate with fuzzy rules which include triangular, trapezoidal, hexagonal or complex fuzzy sets. The study further extends to introduce the process of BACKWARD rule base interpolation.It has been shown that the scale AND move transformation-based FRI method can yield a non-convex fuzzy consequent which can be avoided by using the proposed method. The proposed method performs better without any risk of obtaining non-convex fuzzy consequent. The efficiency of proposed FORWARD AND BACKWARD FRI methods is projected with several numerical examples. A detailed comparison of EC transformation with scale AND move transformation is also presented here.

Abstract: 

Using Conventional methods of Chenery-Watanabe AND Rasmussen in inter industry linkages hae three limitations: Supply AND demAND sectors cannot be distinguished, distinction between balanced AND unbalanced growth strategies are not clear AND the measurement of inter industry linkages mainly depends on the size of sectoral intermediate demANDs. In this paper, we introduce an eigenvector method to overcome those limitations. We use the 22 aggregated sectors of the 1380 (2000) survey-based INPUT-OUTPUT TABLE. The overall results show high correlation COEFFICIENTs between the conventional methods. Furthermore,, we find that the eigenvector method is able to better identify those sectors which remains in the production process AND therefore the key sectors.
